Developing Your Cross-Border Business

Following the success of the last two User Group meetings the seventh seminar Developing Your Cross Border Business followed the same format and took place on the 8 March 2012 in the Bee Park Resource Centre in Manorhamilton from 10am - 2pm.
This event was aimed at businesses based in the border region or businesses who work across the border covered issues such as cross-border employment law; sourcing bank finance for a cross-border business; cross-border business taxes; debt-collection; accessing business grants in each jurisdiction; cross-border business succession and the public tendering and procurement procedure.
Frontier workers, organisations and individuals with an interest in specific aspects of employment and enterprise development attended and gave input which will was most welcome as this can then be used to help us to shape the content of the Border People website as we continue to develop.
