Bank of Ireland

A Republic of Ireland customer making an urgent (same day) transfer of £100 to an account in Northern Ireland

  • ·Requested at the branch counter costs euro19.05 to a Bank of Ireland account and euro21.55 to a non-Bank of Ireland account (based on the Bank of Ireland InterPayplus charge of 0.2% of the value of the transaction subject to a minimum charge of euro8.85 and a maximum charge of euro38.80 plus an additional euro12.70).
  • ·Requested via the Business Online service costs euro19.05 to a Bank of Ireland account and euro21.55 to a non-Bank of Ireland account.

Note the same day transfer service is not available via our personal Banking 365 online service. In the above cases the retail foreign exchange margin applies and where relevant the standard current account transaction fee applies to the transfer debit transaction.

Permanent TSB

  • sending euro100 account in Northern Ireland and providing the BIC and IBAN of that account will incur a charge of euro30.00. The transaction must be processed in a permanent tsb branch before 1pm on that day
